Adhesives and Hotmelts are Non Flammaable and Solvent and Synthetic Elastomer based products which can be applied one single surface or double surface by a spray gun (with 1,8 mm nozzle) as a thin film under 3-6 bar air pressure. After application wait for a short time for evaporation of solvent. This period changes according to the amount applied, room temperature and air ventilation. Surfaces on which “Adhesive” and “Hotmelt” are applied must be bonded together within 3 minutes; otherwise the desired result cannot be attained. As correction is impossible, bonding should be faultless.

“Adhesive” and “Hotmelt” are used in bonding of “foam on foam”, “foam on wood”,” foam on felt”, “foam on fabric”, “foam on metal”,”foam on plastic”, “felt on felt” and “fabric on fabric” in Mattress and Furniture Industry.

“Adhesive” and “Hotmelt” are supplied with in “RED” and “YELLOW” colours. Adhesives are packed as a “Tin”, “Barrell” and “Tank”. 1 tin contains 15 KG Adhesives and the tins of adhesive are packed as 60 pcs. on pallet. 1 barrell contains 240 KG. adhesives and the barrells of adhesive are packed as 4 pcs. on pallet. 1 tank contains 1000 KG. adhesives and tanks of adhesive are packed as a 1 pc. on pallet. Hotmelts are packed as a “Box”. 1 box contains 20 KG hotmelts and the boxes of hotmelt are packed as 60 pcs.  on pallet.
