Eco-Friendly Felt That Never Compromises on Quality

Rubateks manufactures a wide range of felt types in various qualities and weights for mattress and sofa manufacturers. Our product range includes hard felt, ultra-hard felt, medium-hard felt, soft felt (Black), jute felt (Jute-backed felt), soft cotton felt (White), hard cotton felt (White), and original wool felt.

With our state-of-the-art production lines, we have the capacity to produce felt ranging from 400 grams/m² to 2000 grams/m².

Rubateks supplies felt to its customers either in cut sizes or rolls. Various dimensions are available for cut sizes and can be customized according to customer requirements. The cut felts are packaged in bales, with quantities of 200, 250, and 300 pieces per bale, depending on the product weight, and the bales are wrapped in jute packaging. For roll felts, the width can range from 60 cm to 210 cm, and the length can range from 25 meters to 50 meters. Additionally, we have the ability to adjust both the width and length of the rolls according to customer specifications. Rolls are wrapped in nylon packaging.
